Terms and Conditions
3.1 Listing Conditions: Item description
You're required to:
- Submit your item description to Suchnetcom Solar via [email protected]
- Describe only the item you're selling in the listing and your terms of sale
- Provide complete and accurate details
- Specify the condition of the item
- Provide photo images of the item. (Referenced to Listing Fee Table in appendix 6.3)
Endorse your name, address, phone number underneath the description
- Email your endorsed item description to [email protected] and backup copy to [email protected]
Note:Suchnetcom Solar accepts listing of only new items within Wireless Communications and Solar Energy Technology categories, excluding Prohibited Items. Get more information about Prohibited Items from the Prohibited Item Table in appendix 6.2. Any listings other than those from within Wireless Communications and Solar Energy Technology product categories will not be allowed on our website.
3.2 Listing Categorization
Listings are categorized according to page space occupied by the listed item. Category Codes and Meanings are explained here:
A1: Item insertion in Inner (Nav) Webpage, space 620 x 620 pixels, maximum texts length of 220 words
A2: Insertion in Home Page of website, space 300 x 300 pixels, maximum texts of 200 words
B3: Insertion in Home Page of website, Image marquee rollover, maximum texts of 16 words
B4: Insertion in Home Page of website, space 620 x 620 pixels, maximum texts of 220 words
B5: Insertion in the Home Page of website, max space 300 x 300 pixels, maximum texts of 200 words
C6: Insertion in the Home Page Slideshow, space 620 x 620 pixels, maximum texts of 120 words
C7: Insertion in Home Page Slideshow, space 300 x 300 pixels, texts of 60 words
D8: Insertion for Picture Thumbnail, Texts, Zoom+ 50%, mini space 240 x 240 pix, texts of 50 words per thumb.
E9: Insertion in Full Inner Webpage
E10: Insertion in Full Home Webpage

3.2.1Photo Image Specifications
Along with the description, photos are the most important part of a listing. They allow buyers to see exactly what they're getting as well as see specific details they may be looking for. When selling items, photos are especially important because they allow the buyer to see actual condition of the item along with other details like color. Photos allow you to set the correct expectations for buyers. See our recommended image requirements below in sec. 3.2.2
3.2.2 Recommended Image Requirements
Acceptable image formats: jpeg, png and gif.
Minimum image size (horizontal x vertical): 300 x 300 pixels
Maximum image size (horizontal x vertical): 2000 x 2000 pixels
Maximum Image Size: 5 megabyte
3.3 Listing Fee
When you (the Supplier) submit your item(s) for listing on Suchnetcom Solar site, you may be charged a listing and insertion fees. If applicable, you'll be charged one insertion fee per listing per month. The first 3 listed items are charged no fees for one calendar month. Any additional item from 4 upwards is charged a fee per calendar month. Section 3.2 above explains Listing Categorization. To learn more about our listing charges please read the Listing Fee Table in appendix 6.3.
3.4 Insertion fee
- Insertion fees are charged to the Supplier account at the time of listing. Even if the item doesn't sell, you're still responsible for the insertion fee.
- Insertion fees are flat fees and are categorized. See Insertion Fee Rate on the far right end of the listing fee table below.
- If your listed item doesn't sell or if your buyer doesn't pay, you may qualify for an insertion fee credit when you re-list the item and sell it successfully.
- If a Supplier cancels their listing, the insertion fee charge still applies and will be credited in their account.
- Fee amounts are based on the terms in effect when the listing goes live and when it renews.
- If you list an item in more than one category, you pay an insertion fee and any advanced listing upgrade fees for each category. See listing charges you are referenced to Listing Fee Table in appendix 7.3.

3.5 Suppliers’ Terms
It's important that you (The Supplier) clearly specify the terms and conditions of the sale in your listing so that buyers know what to expect.
You're required to include the following details in your listing:
- Forms of payment you accept
- Return policy
- Shipping method, costs, and other information
- Terms of the transaction
You're required to meet the expectations you've set in your listing
3.6 Product availability (The Physical Stocked Items)
When buyers order or purchase an item on Suchnetcom Solar site, they should feel confident that the item is available and will be delivered in a timely manner.
a. Supplier of goods must ensure the items they're listing are always available in stock for the duration of the listing and are deliverable to the buyer, unless the buyer doesn't meet the terms of the listing.
b. If you run into an inventory problem that's beyond your control, you're still responsible for letting Suchnetcom Solar know when the item will be available or we will resort to issuing a refund to the Buyer for the full amount. Any bank transfer charges in this case will be a burden on the Supplier.
3.7 Sales Transaction Notification to Supplier
Suchnetcom Solar handles the online shop management and operations. We therefore have the sole responsibility for notifying Supplier of any sold item(s) they have on Suchnetcom Solar’s shop listing. The process is as follows:
a. Order enquiry from Buyer shall instantly be forwarded to the Supplier of that item through both sms mobile text and email services updating the Supplier about the current status of that item.
b. Suchnetcom Solar invoices the Buyer within one hour of Buyer making a purchase inquiry.
c. If Buyer issues a payment and we (Suchnetcom Solar) receive automatic sms alert from our bank account,
the Supplier shall again be updated on the transaction status.
d. A receipt of payment shall be issued and forwarded to the Buyer, and
e. Request for item delivery shall be sent to the Supplier, to enable them process the Order.
f. Supplier can chose to engage a shipping agent of their choice to deliver item(s) to Buyer in a properly
packaged and secured box. Otherwise Supplier can engage Suchnetcom Solar to use our own shipping
agent to deliver item(s) to the Buyer.
g. Supplier shall forward copy of delivery note to Suchnetcom Solar
h. Buyer confirms receiving their item(s) in good health
i. Purchased Item(s) Funds: Suchnetcom Solar holds the paid funds for 7 business days before transferring full payment to Supplier.
j. Suchnetcom Solar contacts the Buyer for confirmation, when they delay in sending confirmation about their received or not received item(s). TRANSACTION ENDS!.
3.8 Shipping and handling
In most cases the Supplier of goods shall be directly responsible for shipping of item(s) in their keeping. Be sure to specify shipping costs and related service charges in your listings. It's against our rules to provide unclear or misleading shipping information or to charge unreasonable fees for shipping and related services. Actual shipping cost: This is the amount for shipping the item. It should be what you paid the carrier.
Handling cost: This can include the cost of packaging materials and insurance cost, if any.

3.9 Shipping and handling time
Buyers want to know when they can expect to get their items.
Specify in your listing clearly and accurately when the item will be shipped.
3.10 Transaction Duration
Depending on the level of transaction, from the time the buyer makes their payment to the time that good(s) was delivered to the buyer’s address shall be…
a. not more than 24 hours if a few quantity items of goods from Suppliers located within Nigeria.
b. not more than 48 hours if large quantity of goods from Suppliers located within Nigeria.
c. between 4 to 7 working days from Suppliers located abroad (Germany. UK, France, USA, China).
